Karow joins Marcus Hotels & Resorts after most recently serving as general manager at Hotel Heron, Curio Collection by Hilton, in Alexandria, Virginia, where he successfully led the hotel\u2019s transition from an independent property to the Curio Collection in four months. Prior to that, Karow held several notable general manager and management positions at properties across the United States, including General Manager of Art Ovation Hotel, Autograph Collection in Sarasota, Florida;\u00a0The Daytona,\u00a0Autograph Collection in Daytona Beach, Florida;\u00a0and Hyatt Centric Old Town in\u00a0Alexandria, Virginia.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
