“Mark’s impact on Marcus Hotels & Resorts\u00a0and Milwaukee\u2019s\u00a0culinary\u00a0community\u00a0has been extraordinary,” said John Wise, vice president of food and beverage at Marcus Hotels & Resorts. “Over his 21-year tenure,\u00a0his\u00a0creativity, passion and commitment to excellence helped shape our culinary reputation and elevate\u00a0the guest experience across our portfolio. His leadership,\u00a0mentorship,\u00a0and contributions have left a lasting impact on our organization. Weber joined Marcus Hotels & Resorts in 2005 as\u00a0food\u00a0and beverage\u00a0director at The Pfister Hotel and played a key role in launching\u00a0the iconic\u00a0<\/span>Mason Street Grill<\/span><\/a>. As the restaurant\u2019s\u00a0founding chef and one of\u00a0the creative forces\u00a0behind the concept,\u00a0he\u00a0helped\u00a0establish\u00a0Mason Street Grill\u00a0as\u00a0a Milwaukee institution and\u00a0a cornerstone of the city\u2019s dining scene.\u00a0Weber\u00a0continued to advance at Marcus Hotels & Resorts\u00a0before\u00a0being named\u00a0senior\u00a0director and\u00a0corporate\u00a0chef, providing culinary leadership across the company’s portfolio\u00a0of\u00a0more than 40 signature restaurants,\u00a0bars,\u00a0and lounges.\u00a0Throughout his\u00a0career\u00a0at Marcus Hotels & Resorts, Weber earned widespread recognition for his\u00a0global\u00a0culinary\u00a0expertise\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0memorable guest experiences\u00a0he delivered.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
