The AAA Four Diamond Hilton Milwaukee City Center, which is owned and managed by Marcus® Hotels & Resorts, today announced it was honored with four awards as part of the Hilton Hotels & Resorts 2013 Brand Awards of Excellence.  The 729-room hotel was the recipient of the Food and Beverage Award of Excellence for the highest guest satisfaction.  The hotel also received the most improved awards in three categories: Make it Right, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping, building upon its prior success in each of these areas.

Each year, Hilton honors properties for outstanding performance in multiple categories, including marketing, food and beverage, housekeeping and brand culture.  In competition with 81 Hilton hotels with 500+ rooms in the Americas, the Hilton Milwaukee received four out of the fifteen awards for which it was eligible.  Adding to the magnitude of these awards was the fact that the Hilton Milwaukee was the only hotel to win more than one award.
