Esteemed Chef and Restauranteur to Lead Mason Street Grill
Barkha Daily named general manager of Milwaukee’s popular award-winning restaurant Marcus Hotels & Resorts announced today that respected chef and restauranteur Barkha Daily has been named general manager of its flagship restaurant, Mason Street Grill. In this role, Daily will be responsible for overseeing all facets of restaurant service, guest engagement, talent development and unique guest experiences.
“Barkha is known throughout the city and country for her impressive culinary skills and incredible service commitment, as she so successfully demonstrated at her own restaurants. After a successful career in international marketing, she entered the hospitality industry with her first endeavor, the cheel, a Nepalese restaurant that earned over 40 local awards. Daily also owned and managed a beer garden and a second restaurant featuring western Mexican cuisine.
